We are seeking a customer-focused French Customer Service Representative to join our Cairo team. In this role, you will act as the frontline voice of global brands, delivering high-quality phone support and seamless issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing prompt and empathetic support.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively while upholding service quality standards.
Ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism, active listening, and brand value.
Collaborate with internal support teams to continuously improve service delivery.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent French (C1/B2) paired with strong conversational English.
- Background: Open to fresh graduates, experienced candidates, and college dropouts.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Mindset: Adaptable team player with a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotational overnight/night shifts.
- Competitive salary package plus performance KPIs (guaranteed during the first 3 months). 33.7k net including 15% kpis/ morning shifts
