Middle Data Management Analyst

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Middle Data Management Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company.

In this role, you will support our client’s Product Costing transformation agenda by driving data readiness, master data governance (including BOM, routing, pricing, and costing data), data quality improvements, analytics delivery, and process optimization.

You will work closely with the Master Data, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Governance, and Digital & Analytics teams to ensure that product costing data is complete, accurate, and available to support annual costing cycles, budgeting processes, and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Data Management, Data Governance, Master Data, Supply Chain Analytics, Manufacturing Finance, or Product Costing.
• Experience with SAP, including SAP processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Material Master and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze master data dependencies impacting costing execution.
• Identify critical data gaps affecting costing outcomes.
• Support the definition and maintenance of Product Costing Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
• Profile and assess data.
• Monitor data quality trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site SMEs to resolve recurring data issues.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions supporting Product Costing readiness.
• Monitor KPIs for data quality, remediation progress, and costing readiness.
• Support adoption and training of analytics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual data quality reviews and remediation processes.
• Partner with Data & AI teams to implement workflow automation and AI-driven monitoring solutions.
• Support deployment of anomaly detection and rule-based controls.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and data solutions.
• Support strategic roadmap initiatives related to Product Costing data transformation.
