Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on building and maintaining production-grade applications, with an 80/20 split between backend Java development and frontend engineering. You will play a key role in designing scalable microservices, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and mentoring junior team members to ensure technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, production-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and manage robust microservices and RESTful APIs to support complex business requirements.
• Implement and optimize backend services using MySQL, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate on frontend development using React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance through code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Work with AWS and Azure cloud services to ensure secure and efficient application infrastructure.
• Handle batch and bulk data processing tasks using Kafka or similar technologies.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience building and supporting production-grade microservices.
• Proficiency in MySQL database design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) and exposure to Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.
