The Position
A reliable and high-performing OneStream platform that enables timelyfinancial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and regulatory compliance through effective administration and user support.
Key Responsibilities
OneStream Platform Administration
Administer and maintainOneStream environments, including security, workflows, metadata, dimensions, and
Monitor platform health, performance, and system availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and data processing issues.
Financial Consolidation & Reporting Support
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Maintain consolidation rules, business rules, and financial calculations.
Support management reporting, statutory reporting, and financial disclosures.
Collaborate with Finance teams to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Data Integration & Automation
Manage data integrations between OneStream and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, or other source systems.
Support data loads, transformations, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Develop and maintainautomated workflows and data movement processes.
Ensure data quality and integrity across the EPM ecosystem.
Security & Governance
Administer user access, roles, and security models.
Support audit, compliance, and SOX control requirements.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support procedures.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Stakeholder Support
Provide Level 2/3 support to Finance and business users.
Assistwith enhancements, change requests, and process optimization initiatives.
Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3-5 years of OneStream administration or support experience.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Experience administering EPM/CPM platforms in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of financial close and reporting cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
OneStream Certification.
Experience with OneStream XF platform administration.
Experience with Financial Consolidation, Planning, Account Reconciliations, and Reporting modules.
Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.
