Business Analyst

Nuestro cliente, un destacado Grupo de Salud en pleno proceso de crecimiento y transformación tecnológica, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Business Analytics para sumarse al área de Business Intelligence.

Objetivo del Puesto

El desafío principal será analizar y transformar datos críticos (clínicos, comerciales y financieros) en información estratégica. El objetivo es brindar soporte directo a la toma de decisiones, impactando positivamente en la rentabilidad, el control del costo médico, la retención de afiliados y la eficiencia operativa global.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Análisis de Indicadores: Monitorear métricas clave de negocio como churn, costo médico per cápita, siniestralidad y rentabilidad por plan, producto y segmento.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Construir, actualizar y mantener tableros de control operativos y ejecutivos bajo estándares de alta calidad.
  • Soporte Estratégico: Desarrollar análisis para modelos de LTV (Lifetime Value), estrategias de pricing e impacto tarifario.
  • Gestión de Datos: Ejecutar consultas y modelos de datos utilizando SQL, garantizando la trazabilidad, consistencia y calidad de la información.
  • Colaboración Transversal: Realizar análisis ad-hoc para las áreas médica, comercial y financiera, colaborando en la construcción de escenarios y proyecciones.
  • Mejora Continua: Detectar desvíos, inconsistencias u oportunidades de ahorro y eficiencia en la información procesada.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación: Profesionales graduados o avanzados en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Sistemas o carreras afines con perfil analítico.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años en posiciones similares de Business Analytics o Business Intelligence, preferentemente en sectores de servicios o salud.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos:
    • Dominio de herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau o Looker).
    • Manejo fluido de SQL para consulta de bases de datos.
    • Conocimientos de estadística aplicada al negocio y modelos financieros básicos.
  • Competencias Clave: Pensamiento analítico, atención al detalle, comunicación asertiva y capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.

Condiciones de Trabajo

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 hs.
  • Zona de trabajo: CABA o alrededores.
  • Reporte: Gerencia de Negocio.
