You've built trust with clients, spot renewal risks early, and use your sales instincts to keep customers active and engaged.

- Run daily engagement inside our Skool community
- Proactively check in on members who go quiet to mitigate churn
- Track member health, interactions, and renewal signals in the CRM
- Report on engagement, retention metrics, and account expansion opportunities

2+ years of proven sales experience (inside sales, account management, retention, or customer success)

Currently based in Canada
- Strong track record of driving renewals, retention, or upsells
- Excellent English skills (C2 level / Native)
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Direct experience with Skool or similar platforms (Circle, Discord, Mighty Networks)
- Background in coaching, education, or a membership/course business
- Experience managing an online community or membership program

Compensation: $5,000/month

Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern (EST)
