-Organizes information from many sources to generate database for use in sales and business development documents.
- Coordinates sales activities.
- Record and sort information regarding contacts, opportunities, accounts and prospects.
- Assist sales team in issuing quotation, completion of tender’s documents.
- Collect weekly site visits reports from Sales Engineers.
- Prepares and issue commission reports for each quarter.
- Issue Required Reports each quarter.
- Issue Purchase Order to Suppliers.

Requirements

-Prior administrative experience.
-Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
-Attention to detail.
-3-5 years of Experience is A MUST.
