Job Title: Design System Engineer Location: Minnesota, USA - Remote Years of Experience: 10-15 Years

Job Summary:

The Product Administrator will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our product offerings. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database design, ensuring that our product data is structured, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience while maintaining data integrity and security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust database systems to support product data management.
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Analyze and optimize existing database structures for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on database related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for database architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database design and product management.
• Participate in product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and ongoing support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in database design, including relational and non relational databases.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with data modeling and database architecture best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud based database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in database design and product administration.
• Proven track record of successful product management and database optimization.
• Relevant certifications in database management or product management are a plus.

Salary:

Full-time: The pay range for this role is US$120k - US$135k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
