Job Summary

Job Title: Onsite tools Architect ( SolarWinds, ScienceLogic, Azure)

Location:- Remote(USA)

• Monitoring & Management: Configure, manage, and maintain SolarWinds monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability of network and systems.
• Incident Response: Monitor alerts and respond to incidents promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on operations.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize SolarWinds configurations to improve monitoring efficiency and accuracy.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on network performance, system health, and incident resolution.
• Integration: Integrate SolarWinds with other IT management tools and platforms to enhance overall monitoring capabilities.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to SolarWinds tools and their integration with other systems.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SolarWinds configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Training: Provide training and support to IT staff on the use of SolarWinds tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the monitoring setup and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with SolarWinds support and other vendors to resolve complex issues and ensure the tools are up to date.
• Mainly responsible for integrating ScienceLogic with SolarWinds, DB, Storage, Backup related OEM tools for event management and making ScienceLogic Manager.
• Highly proficient in creating custom monitoring, event policy creation and suppression, event correlation in ScienceLogic.
• Highly proficient in creating service maps and relationship topology in ScienceLogic.
• Integration with ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow/ BMC Helix for CMDB, Incident and Change request.
• Develop custom dashboards to monitor and alert critical business applications to catch an issue before the impact.
• Develop custom reports for SLA reporting in case OOB reports don't suffice.
• Knowledge on basic Python/ Low code-no code scripting to create and support custom monitoring, Run-book automation.
• Knowledge on MySQL database and queries for fetching backend data.
• Installation/upgrade of ScienceLogic tool on premises Integration & Monitoring of Public Cloud like Azure, AWS, GCP with ScienceLogic Provides periodic off-hours on-call support for escalations on production and preprod environments.
• Highly proficient in creating custom monitoring, event policy creation and suppression, event correlation in ScienceLogic.

The pay range for this role is $130,000- $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
