Location: Plano, TX (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the Telecom Business to lead the end to end delivery of complex programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large scale implementations, ensuring adherence to delivery governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can proactively identify risks and dependencies while executing effective mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end to end delivery of Telecom related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Own delivery governance, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management across complex, multi workstream programs.

Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies and organizational delivery standards.

Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies; define and execute mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and delivery accelerators.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in project management within the Telecom industry.

Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and methodologies.

Excellent risk management skills with a track record of successful mitigation strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Familiarity with Telecom technologies and trends.

Knowledge of financial management principles as they relate to project delivery.

The pay range for this role is $115,000- $125,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
