Job Summary
Job role: Project Manager
Location: San Luis (Onsite)
Salary - $80 - $95
- Manage projects from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, RAID logs, and governance mechanisms.
- Track project progress against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate cross functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Strong experience in IT project/program delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, estimation, resource management, and governance.
- Strong RAID, dependency, change, and escalation management skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and resource utilization.
- Strong client-facing and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Mandatory point: - Project Manager with Salesforce FLS needed.
The pay range for this role is $80,000- $95,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
