Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML engineering to join our team at Bombardier, Canada. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analytics. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage, processing, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for machine learning models.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document processes, models, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
