PRF or SO creation for Resource Hiring co ordination

Resource allocation and delimitation tracking and coordination with the multiple stakeholders,

Resource Onboarding and Offboarding in customer portal

Client ID creation and deactivation, Tracking of Resource Rotation

Billing and Budgeting

Billing file creation with the help of MSA / SOW / RLS and getting the billing inputs from track leads,

Deal /Â Project Code creation and allocation and coordination with the multiple stakeholders,

Customer PO / Vendor PO creation and coordination with the multiple stakeholders.

Monthly and yearly forecast and tracking the actuals

Actual Vs forecast revenue tracking

Creating the budget for the account based on the latest CRs and SOW

Cost provisioning and revenue accruals tracking on a monthly basis.

Vendor Management and Procurement

Vendor payment processing and tracking and co ordination

Vendor invoice tracking on the monthly basis and getting the regular invoices.

• Cost comparison tracking from the vendor SOW and POs
• Vendor SOW / PO creation and tracking .

Audits & Compliance

Supporting the monthly / quarterly audit requirements

Maintaining the revenue / billing tracker for the audit requirements
