Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Playwright Automation Testing, specifically within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in automation testing, a deep understanding of testing methodologies, and a passion for delivering high quality software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for AEM applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide training and support to team members on Playwright and automation best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and AEM.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Playwright for automation testing.
• Proficient in testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience in working with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in QA automation testing, with a focus on Playwright and AEM.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus.
