Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to keep our websites, email, social media and digital brochure running smoothly every week, accurate, on-brand and up to date. You’ll work with a portfolio of well-known beauty and skincare brand partners.

By taking on the hands-on, high-volume work, you’ll free up our marketing lead to focus on strategy, brand partners and growth channels. You’ll work in a GHL (Go High Level) based workflow that we’re building, so you’ll help shape how we work as well as follow it.

We expect you to be productive on listings and social within your first 30 days and running the weekly work independently by day 90.

What you’ll be doing

Websites and e-commerce

• Upload and update products on the B2C Shopify site, including copy, images, prices, stock and collections
• Create and maintain product listings and bundles, and fix duplicates and listing errors
• List monthly excess and clearance stock across the B2C site and TikTok Shop
• Keep brand pages on the corporate website current, adding new brands and removing those no longer in the portfolio
• Support website SEO, product feeds and Google Merchant Center
• Prepare Amazon listing content

Digital brochure (iPaper)

• Update the iPaper brochure with new launches and promotions, which is the most important part of the role
• Manage the brochure day to day alongside colleagues
• Promote brochure updates through trade mailers

Social media and content

• Draft and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok using Social Pilot
• Create and edit assets in Canva that follow company and partner-brand guidelines
• Edit short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Support the B2B LinkedIn presence, which is staff-led with plenty of company personality
• Produce launch and PR content, and retailer-win announcements
• Coordinate samples for creators and affiliates and track the content they post
• Draft the monthly B2B social and digital calendar

Email, SMS, WhatsApp and CRM

• Build B2C campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, and B2B trade mailers in Mailchimp, from approved briefs
• Create SMS and WhatsApp Business campaigns in GHL to drive sales
• Design reusable email templates and build forms for trade account sign-ups, enquiries, sample requests, and event and training registrations
• Maintain lists and segments, and keep retailers and staff subscribed to mailers
• Support GHL marketing automations such as trade emails, lead capture and follow-ups as they roll out
• Log marketing tasks, campaigns and results in GHL

Brand asset management

• Keep an organised asset library for each partner brand, covering logos, packshots, lifestyle imagery, video and guidelines
• Request and chase new assets from brand partners for launches and promotions
• Remove discontinued products and brands that have left the portfolio
• Manage usage rights and version control, and share approved assets with the team and retailers

Retailer support

• Optimise retail partners’ online stores, including product content, imagery, range gaps and listings
• Create social assets that support our brands on retailers’ own channels
• Supply launch and promotion packs on request

Training materials

• Create training brochures on brands and products for shop-floor staff, pharmacy teams and the internal sales team
• Keep training materials current with new launches and range changes
• Support brand training sessions and webinars with materials and registrations

Reporting and admin

• Put together the monthly digital report (GA4, iPaper, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and TikTok Shop) for review
• Prepare brand reports on digital and sell-through performance for brand partner reviews
• Track weekly KPIs and flag out-of-stock or underperforming listings
• Monitor the AI agents that respond to customer messages, reviews and cancellations
• Screen-record repeated processes for the company handbook

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Fluent spoken and written English, with strong attention to detail for product data, pricing and copy
• Confident with Canva and basic short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and of using AI tools in content creation
• Well organised, comfortable working to a weekly checklist and in spreadsheets
• A genuine interest in beauty, skincare and retail trends

Desirable

• Shopify or TikTok Shop seller experience
• Experience building campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• GA4 basics, and experience with Go High Level or another CRM
• Using Claude or other AI tools to draft copy and document processes
• A marketing or digital media qualification
