Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers across Engineering SW, HW, FPGA, Systems&Web, R&D, Operations and Mechanical to identify, attract, and deliver outstanding professionals while ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop a career in recruitment within an international, technology-driven environment.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Support the end to end recruitment process for different positions across the company.

• Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates motivation and suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Participate in employer branding initiatives, university events, and recruitment campaigns when needed.

• Support continuous improvements of recruitment processes and Talent Acquisition initiatives.

• Learn about the technology market and develop expertise in recruiting engineering/technology profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.

• Previous internship or up to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a people-related role is desirable, but not essential.

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent attraction, especially within technical and engineering environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or other recruitment tools is a plus.

• Fluency in the local language and working proficiency in English (intermediate level or above) is required.
