岗位职责

负责大型数据中心网络（DCN）及数据中心互联（DCI）网络的规划、架构设计、建设实施和长期演进;
负责 DCN/DCI 网络设备部署、上线交付、扩容、割接及变更管理;
负责网络生产环境日常运维，包括故障处理、性能优化、容量规划和稳定性保障;
负责跨地域、多数据中心互联网络架构设计及实施;
负责 SRv6 / SR-MPLS 网络建设，以及基于 Segment Routing 的 Traffic Engineering（TE）方案设计、部署和优化;
负责网络监控、故障分析、应急响应和运维体系建设;
推动网络自动化、标准化建设，提升网络运营效率。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、网络相关专业;
三年以上骨干网络建设、运维经验。
具备大规模 DCN 网络规划、建设和运营经验;
具备大规模 SRv6 或 SR-MPLS 网络部署经验，熟悉 Segment Routing、SR Policy、TE 流量调度和路径优化;
熟悉 BGP、IS-IS、MPLS、IPv4/IPv6 等核心网络协议;
具备复杂网络故障定位、性能分析和问题闭环能力。

加分项

有云厂商、运营商或大型互联网DCI网络建设和运维经验。
熟悉 AI 算力集群网络架构及高性能网络优化;
熟悉 RoCE/RDMA 网络技术;
具备 Python/Go 网络自动化开发经验。
