The Role

We are looking for an Electrical & Hydraulic Installation Technician to join our Production team in Malaysia. 

In this role, you will provide technical support in electrical wiring, hydraulic system, equipment maintenance, production and quality control activities to ensure smooth operations, product quality and customer service requirements are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•    Install and route DC electrical wiring, hydraulic lines, and related components on production equipment
•    Assist in assembling transport equipment, ensuring proper integration of electrical and hydraulic systems
•    Identify and resolve installation issues during production, including leaks, wiring faults, or misrouting
•    Conduct checks to ensure installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and other requirements
•    Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and other technicians to align installation with project timelines
•    Assist Service Department in servicing and must agree to travel outstation for breakdown or maintenance servicing
•    Giving instruction or orders to subordinate assigned by company
•    Maintain housekeeping and personnel record
•    Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Supervisor or Production coordinator

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Electrical Systems - Understanding of wiring, circuits, control panels, and electrical safety standards.
• Hydraulic Systems - Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fluid dynamics.
• System Integration - Ability to combine electrical and hydraulic components into functional assemblies.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma or higher
• Prefer to have manufacturing industry experience
