Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis - every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

With thriving teams in Illinois, Maryland, Wisconsin, Minnesota, exciting growth underway in Virginia, and continued national expansion ahead, we’re looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join us. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, and play a key part in bringing the Compass mission to life through every hire.

This position is primarily remote, however applicants must be based in Illinois. Ability to be in-person at our Chicagoland clinics is expected for team meetings, open houses, and other company or recruiting-related events. Additionally, this role may include national travel to regional Compass locations as needed.

What You’ll Do:  

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and/or operational (corporate) positions simultaneously, from intake through offer and close
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and hiring needs, set expectations, and create/execute talent acquisition strategies
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring leaders and serve as a thoughtful recruiting partner throughout the hiring process
• Source, engage, and build relationships with candidates through LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, events, and other creative sourcing strategies
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and guide hiring teams through interviews, feedback, selection, and offers
• Create a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience from first outreach through offer
• Use recruiting data and metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and pipeline activity, to identify trends and opportunities to improve results 
• Contribute to the development and success of various talent related initiatives such as DEI recruitment, early career recruiting, talent operations, employer branding, and other process improvements
• Bring ideas, energy, and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs support as we continue to grow
• Drive impact towards Compass’ key initiatives 

Who You Are:  

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a professional, corporate, or healthcare environment
• Experience managing searches from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management
• Curious, proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with both candidates and hiring leaders
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to grow within a supportive, collaborative Talent Acquisition team
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree required

Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, bringing passion, connection, and patient-centered care to the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space (PHP/IOP). Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients every day, ranging from ages 5 through adulthood, in our onsite facilities or through our flourishing virtual programming. Compass fills a critical gap between outpatient and inpatient care through an intermediate level of Behavioral Healthcare.
