TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.
You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.
As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support Korea sales operations, including advertiser onboarding, coordination, documentation, and project tracking.
- Support new TikTok Shop advertisers by monitoring onboarding progress, resolving blockers, and improving their experience.
- Localize playbooks, product materials, and enablement resources for Korea.
- Prepare campaign documents, operational updates, and performance reports using internal tools and dashboards.
- Analyze project, campaign, and advertiser data; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support growth initiatives.
- Own small projects that improve workflows, reporting, or client experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, TikTok Shop, Marketing, Operations, Product, and analytics teams.

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in the following languages: Korean and English. Fluency in written and spoken Korean is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Korean-speaking markets.
- Strong Excel or Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Ability to identify patterns in data and translate them into business insights and recommendations.
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams.
- Interest in digital advertising, e-commerce, sales operations, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Available to start in Q1 2027 for at least three months and work a minimum of three days per week.
- Familiarity with BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
- Experience creating reports, trackers, dashboards, or operational analyses.
- Interest in using AI and automation to improve reporting and workflows.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a self-starter mindset.
