Job Responsibilities

You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Wholesale initiatives, bringing together multiple teams and stakeholders to move from objectives to measurable results.

You will:

• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Build and maintain project plans across scope, schedules, milestones, and budgets.

• Identify risks and roadblocks early, and drive the actions needed to keep programs moving.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear deliverables and execution plans.

• Create strong communication and coordination across teams, ensuring ownership and accountability are clear.

• Track milestones and deliverables and provide management with visibility into program status.

• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the needs of each initiative.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve how programs are managed and executed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

• Strong Retail and/or Wholesale experience, with a solid understanding of its operational complexity and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

• Hands-on experience working within a PMO or structured program management environment.

• Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability.

• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency.

• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. PMP certification is a plus.
