Sanctuary at Wellness Ridge HOA, located inClermont, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs various secretarial duties such as filing, answering phones and taking messages, and other similar tasks
- Performs clerical duties that may include typing, copying, composing routine correspondence, and taking minutes at meetings
- Distributes daily mail and maintains the filing system
- Answers the telephone and assists the general public with information about the department and/or facility
- Prepares summaries and reports
- Completes special projects and related duties as needed
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
