About the Role
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own customer-facing implementation work from scoping through evaluation, helping deliver reliable agents and sharing customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Lead the architecture and end-to-end execution of AI agent builds, from systems design and initial scoping through implementation and evaluation.
Partner with customers to define success, translate requirements into build plans, and deliver production-ready solutions.
Configure agent workflows, validate integrations, and iterate on agent performance and reliability.
Coordinate with product, customer success, engineering, and go-to-market teams to resolve delivery gaps and improve the agent-building platform.
Test and validate solutions, accounting for enterprise integration, security, and compliance considerations.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
Experience delivering technical solutions end to end for customers, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
Hands-on experience writing Python and building with LLMs, AI agents, or conversational and automation workflows.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise SaaS systems such as ticketing platforms, CRMs, or data pipelines.
Background in a technically complex B2B SaaS environment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical foundations, plus evidence of strong performance in prior work.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: CAD $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
