We are looking for an Indoor Retail Sales Representative to join our branches. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance to welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the branch in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products while explaining their features and benefits.
Suggest complementary products to increase the overall sales value.
Organize and maintain product displays in accordance with company standards.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels within the branch and report any shortages.
Handle the sales process smoothly and ensure proper delivery of products to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve targets.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
