Job Purpose

To manage IP networking and cybersecurity solution opportunities, working closely with customers, sales, engineering, and technical teams to develop suitable network solutions, proposals, and commercial offers from initial requirement through contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop end-to-end IP network solutions.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), BoQs, quotations, and technical proposals.
• Manage the pre-sales and solution development process from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Meet with customers to understand their technical and business requirements.
• Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution workshops.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and technical teams to develop and position solutions.
• Support pricing, commercial proposals, revenue improvement, and negotiations.
• Conduct product, technology, competitor, and market analysis.
• Provide technical knowledge and solution support to sales and technical teams.
• Stay updated on IP networking, cybersecurity, and ICT technologies and identify relevant solutions for customers.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of IP networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience with:
  • Routing & Switching
  • MPLS / VPLS
  • IP VPN
  • Firewalls
  • EDR and endpoint security
  • Enterprise and service-provider networks
• Strong understanding of IP network architecture and solution design.
• Ability to develop network designs based on customer requirements.
• Experience with BoQ preparation, pricing, commercial solutions, and proposal development.
• Certifications such as HCIE, HCNP, HCNA, CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT, telecommunications, networking, or a related technology industry.
• Proven experience in network solution design and pre-sales.
• Experience working directly with customers on technical requirements, proposals, presentations, and solution discussions.
