Introduction
We are looking for an Intermediate SAP CX (SAP Service Cloud / SAP Sales & Service Cloud - SSC) Consultant to join our delivery team. You will participate in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP Customer Experience solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer service and sales solutions.
A strong command of German (minimum B2) is essential, as you will communicate directly with German-speaking customers and project teams.
Requirements
Participate in SAP Service Cloud (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) implementation and enhancement projects
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CX solution designs
Configure SAP Service Cloud according to customer requirements
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and business stakeholders
Support workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations
Prepare functional specifications and documentation
Assist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments
Provide application support and resolve functional issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities
Personality requirements
2-5 years of experience working with SAP CX, preferably SAP Service Cloud (SSC)
Experience with SAP Service Cloud configuration and customization
Understanding of customer service and CRM business processes
Experience participating in SAP implementation or rollout projects
Ability to analyze business requirements and propose suitable solutions
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
German language proficiency at minimum B2 level (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP Sales Cloud
Knowledge of SAP BTP
Experience with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or middleware integrations
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration
Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services
SAP certifications in SAP CX or related technologies
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
