Internship HUMAN RESOURCE

1. Assist in daily HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth departmental operations.
2. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements and candidate coordination.
3. Assist in preparing recruitment documents, interview records and candidate databases.
4. Support employee onboarding activities, including preparation of new employee documentation and induction arrangements.
5. Assist in coordinating employee training programmes, including training arrangements, attendance records and documentation.
6. Support employee engagement activities, company events and HR initiatives.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, personnel files and HR databases.
8. Provide administrative support for HR documentation, filing, data entry and report preparation.
9. Assist in preparing internal HR announcements, notices and communication materials.
10. Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology or any other related discipline.
2. Must be able to undergo an internship for a minimum period of 3–6 months.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Basic knowledge of HR functions and administrative processes will be an added advantage.
7. Responsible, proactive, organised and willing to learn.
8. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
9. Detail-oriented with good time-management and multitasking abilities.
10. Possess a positive attitude and strong willingness to gain practical HR experience.
