Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and drive product initiatives across our technology and business ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or related technology-driven environments. This role requires someone who can understand complex business and operational problems, translate them into scalable product solutions, and work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to drive execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and requirement gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with business and operations teams to understand pain points across e-commerce, warehousing, inventory, order management, fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
• Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, effort, and urgency.
• Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure product performance.
• Define and track KPIs, product metrics, adoption, conversion, operational efficiency, and other relevant success metrics.
• Drive product launches and ensure effective communication and adoption across relevant teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve product processes and user experiences.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while ensuring alignment and timely execution.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a similar role.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, operations, business, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ability to convert ambiguous business problems into structured product requirements.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, and technology concepts.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Mixpanel/GA, or similar product and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from 0 to 1 and 1 to N.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree from a Tier 1/2 college or university preferred.
• An MBA from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
• Experience building or managing products related to WMS, OMS, inventory management, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience working with multiple product squads or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C product journeys and operational workflows.
