You Are:Â

UST is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Senior Camunda + Java Engineer .Â

Â

The opportunity:Â

• Design Workflows: Build and optimize process models and decision tables using BPMN 2.0 and DMNÂ

• Backend Development: Develop robust backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.Â

• System Integration: Connect workflow engines with enterprise systems via REST APIs, messaging queues, and connectorsÂ

• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.Â

• Producing detailed design documentation.Â

• Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure.Â

• Developing multimedia applications.Â

• Developing documentation to assist users.Â

  This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.Â

  Â

  What you need:Â

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, C++Â

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experienceÂ

• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11 or higher).Â

• Frameworks: Spring Boot and RESTful API development.Â

• Camunda Expertise: Hands-on experience with Camunda Platform 7 or Camunda 8, BPMN 2.0, and DMN.Â

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with KafkaÂ

• Good exposure to microservices architecture, cloud technologiesÂ

• Experience in designing and building scalable, distributed applicationsÂ

• Experience in product development would be a plusÂ

• Experience in eCommerce projectsÂ

• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.Â

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Â

  Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Â

  Role Location:  ArkansasÂ

  Compensation Range:Â $82,000 - $123,000Â

  BenefitsÂ

  Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.Â
