We're hiring a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator (TSOC) to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. This role supports the monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise, factory, and platform services while communicating incidents and operational status to the appropriate stakeholders. The position combines 24/7 operations center monitoring and response with system administration duties, including initial troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, and works closely with Information Technology, the Mission Operations Center, Customer Service, and Software Development.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor enterprise, factory, and platform systems and applications.
• Create and manage tickets and support incident resolution.
• Work directly with service owner teams to monitor and escalate events.
• Manage incidents and maintain alarm thresholds.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and assist with system administration activities.
• Communicate incidents, system status, and operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Must hold an active Security+ certification or obtain one within the first six months of employment.
• Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; two years of relevant technical troubleshooting experience may substitute for the degree.
• Ability to work a weekly day or night shift that includes one weekend day. This position requires three to four 12-hour shifts per week.
• Ability to work the Back Half Night Shift: 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m., Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday night.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with networking, firewalls, routing, remote-site connectivity, and troubleshooting practices.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux, LDAP, and DNS.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware and virtual servers.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills, business acumen, customer-support skills, results orientation, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

•The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $74,000.00 - $98,000.00 - $107,800.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
