JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : Data Analyst
REPORT TO: Head of Digital Banking

OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support
business decision-making, product performance monitoring, and operational improvements.
The role works closely with business units to develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven
insights that enhance business performance, identify opportunities, and support the
achievement of the Bank’s strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepare, analyze, and maintain regular business and management reports to support
decision-making.
 Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and data visualization tools using
approved reporting platforms.
 Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy,
completeness, and consistency.
 Monitor product, customer, and business performance trends and provide actionable
insights to stakeholders.
 Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to support business initiatives and
product enhancements.
 Assist in identifying business opportunities, operational gaps, and process improvement
recommendations through data analysis.
 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver
appropriate analytical solutions.
 Support data quality control, reconciliation, and governance activities to ensure data
integrity.
 Prepare presentations and analytical reports for management meetings, business reviews,
and strategic discussions.
 Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, information security, and
confidentiality requirements.
 Other tasks will be assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science,
Business Analytics, or a related field.

 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS Reporting, or a
related field.
 Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
 Good communication and presentation skills.
 High attention to detail and accuracy.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
 Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer.
 Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is an advantage.
 Knowledge of Python, data visualization tools, and dashboard development is an advantage.
