Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Υπάλληλο Γραφείου Προμηθειών ,οργανωτικό και υπεύθυνο άτομο με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια ,που θα συμβάλλει στην σωστή λειτουργία της καθημερινής διαχείρισης των παραγγελιών.

 

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών στο ERP
  • Δημιουργία παραγγελιών πρός προμηθευτές
  • Κταχώρηση και έλεγχος τιμολογίων
  • Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος αποθεμάτων
  • Αρχειοθέτηση τιμλογίων 
  • Υποστήριξη των καθημερινών εργασιών του τμήματος

Απαραίτητα  προσόντα 

  • Πολύ καλή γνωσή Softone ERP και Microsoft Excel
  • Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θεση θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Οργανωτικότητα,συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
