IT Operations Manager

Join Versana as an IT Operations & End User Computing Manager. In this role, you will lead and oversee all corporate IT operations, end-user computing, and manage service provider engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT systems, hardware assets, and user support functions. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee IT experience and ensure business continuity and operational readiness of corporate IT services.

Missions

• Assurer la fiabilité, la sécurité et l'efficacité des systèmes informatiques de l'entreprise, des actifs matériels et des fonctions de support aux utilisateurs.
• Développer et maintenir les politiques, normes et procédures opérationnelles informatiques, et conduire des initiatives d'amélioration continue.
• Gérer et soutenir les services Microsoft 365, y compris Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, et Microsoft Defender.

Profil recherché

- 3+ years of experience managing vendors, managed service providers, or IT operations teams

- Strong knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, hardware lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation

- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments

- Experience supporting hybrid and remote work environments

- Experience with endpoint management and mobile device management platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune

- Experience supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, and access governance processes

- 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or End User Computing environments

- Hands on experience supporting macOS and Windows

- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, EDR solutions, networking technologies, and modern endpoint security practices

- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
