Process Instructor

Responsibilities

• Accept the pre-training and get the know-how for the production operations during the training term
• Have the ability to do whole assembly processes, which are focused by themselves and try to reach the same level that our source factory colleagues have already owned
• Responsible for production work instruction update and translation
• Responsible for new employee training including safety, quality and process operation
• Responsible for production process improvement
• Support production supervisor on line for safety and quality control, on- time delivery and people coordination
• Coordinate with production support team to solve related process issues, such as tooling, equipment and BOM
• Other job in production line

Qualifications

• Education of three-years college or above, major in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Working experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficient computer skills at Microsoft office

Competencies

• Good ability and willingness to work
• Good coordination and communication skills
