Job Title: Procurement Intern

Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern with an Accounting background to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support invoice verification and reconciliation of procurement transactions.
• Work with the Accounting, Procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Assist in comparing supplier prices and monitoring procurement costs.
• Support purchase order preparation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and financial records.

Requirements

• A background in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications is an added advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or be currently seeking a suitable organisation for NYSC placement.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
