MS SQL / SSIS Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced MS SQL / SSIS Developer with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) data structures to support and enhance our enterprise data integration pipelines. This role requires a self-sufficient developer who can independently work with EBS schemas and tables, minimizing reliance on internal SMEs. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining and updating SSIS packages that integrate EBS data into our analytics and reporting environments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot SSIS packages integrating Oracle EBS data into SQL Server environments.
• Design and develop efficient ETL processes using SSIS.
• Directly query and interpret Oracle EBS tables (e. g., GL, AR, AP, PO, INV, and OM modules).
• Independently analyze EBS data structures without heavy business or functional guidance.
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with analytics/reporting teams (IBM Planning, Power BI, Cognos, DWH) to ensure data accuracy.
• Document ETL logic, mappings, and workflows for maintainability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS development.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL (complex queries, performance tuning).
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS database schemas.
• Proven ability to navigate and understand EBS tables independently.
• Solid knowledge of ETL architecture and best practices.
• Experience supporting production ETL environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong familiarity with EBS Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Exposure to data warehouse environments (DWH).
• Experience working in a global/offshore delivery model.
