Key Accountabilities

• Leading data analysis projects from start to finish, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretationof structured and unstructured datasets.
• Lead efforts in utilizing AI Agents/Skills in data analysis
• Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as SQLor Python.
• Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
• Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
• Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Mentoring junior data analysts and assisting with their development.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

•5-7 years of professional experiencein data analysis or a related field.

• Extensive experience in SQL programming, statisticalanalysis and data modeling, with proficiency in statistical software, such asPython.
• Good experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI and SQL required
• Working knowledge of LLMs and Agentic integration
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
• Demonstrate strong analytic skills and attention to detail
• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading data analysis projects from start to finish.
