About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Software Developer to design, build, and optimise scalable web applications within VOIS Technology. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, maintainable code, enhancing performance, and collaborating across distributed teams to develop and support modern digital products.

What you’ll do

• Develop well-structured, maintainable, and documented code aligned with organisational standards.
• Document system enhancements, technical changes, and improvements clearly.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless team integration.
• Provide accurate effort and time estimates for implementing technical specifications.

Who you are

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).
• Proven ability to build scalable web applications using React.js and TypeScript for large user bases.
• Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and API integration (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Experience improving performance through optimisation techniques such as code-splitting.
• Skilled in translating design assets (e.g., Figma) into responsive and accessible user interfaces, including reusable component libraries.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress to enhance product quality.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Next.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn, and version control systems (Git).
• Ability to modernise legacy systems using React hooks and TypeScript for improved maintainability.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, integration, and deployment.
