About this Role

We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist who will design, implement, and manage digital tracking capabilities across web and mobile platforms, using Adobe Analytics and associated technologies. The individual will translate business requirements into structured analytics solutions, ensure high-quality data capture, and generate actionable insights to improve digital performance and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving analytical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping data-driven decision-making models.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Adobe Analysis Workspace to monitor key business and digital performance metrics.
  • Create calculated metrics and audience segments to reveal deeper behavioural insights.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of user journeys to identify drop-off patterns, friction points, and conversion optimisation opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, UX, and product teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support A/B and multivariate experiments using Adobe Target.Design, implement, and maintain tagging solutions using Adobe Launch (Data Collection) and Adobe Web SDK.
  • Define and manage data layer specifications to ensure consistent and reliable data capture.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics variables such as eVars, Props, Events, and List Variables.
  • Conduct regular audits and QA checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Work with consent management tools such as OneTrust to maintain regulatory conformity.Automate reporting processes to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Align tracking implementations with evolving product and business requirements.

Who you are

  • Skilled in Adobe Analytics with strong experience using Analysis Workspace; exposure to Customer Journey Analytics is desirable.
  • Familiar with Tableau or Power BI for data visualisation and comfortable with Python or R for data stitching tasks.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REGEX, and debugging techniques.
  • Advanced user of Excel for complex data manipulation and reporting.
  • Effective communicator with strong consulting and stakeholder-management capabilities, able to simplify technical insights for varied audiences.
  • Preferably certified as an Adobe Certified Expert - Business Practitioner.Experienced within the ecommerce space is an advantage.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
  • Typically has 3-5+ years of relevant experience in digital analytics.
  • Familiar with Agile practices and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is beneficial.
