Business Management Specialist, Institutional Clients - DACH business (100%)

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the Regional Sales Head of DACH Business, based in Zurich, Switzerland. What would your role be?

Strategic Business Management

• Act as a trusted partner to the Regional Sales Head DACH in defining and executing the region's strategic priorities

• Coordinate strategic initiatives, business plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support regional business development strategies

• Prepare high-quality presentations, management reports and business materials for senior stakeholders, clients and internal governance forums

Coordination & Executive Support

• Provide proactive support to the Regional Sales Head DACH in the day-to-day management of the business and regional activities

• Support the preparation and follow-up of leadership meetings, including agenda management, action tracking and stakeholder coordination

• Act as a central coordination point across teams and functions, ensuring timely communication and efficient information flow
• Coordinate complex agendas, meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring effective prioritization and smooth execution

Project Management & Operational Excellence

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional projects, ensuring delivery against timelines, objectives and global priorities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Client Services and Operations

• Support sales enablement activities, including CRM oversight (Salesforce), pipeline monitoring and business performance tracking

• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment, including support for onboarding and team integration initiatives

Governance & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure adherence to internal governance standards, compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks applicable to the regional business

• Coordinate governance-related processes, approvals and documentation in partnership with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams

What are we looking for?

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management, sales support, or strategic role within the asset management or financial services industry

Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans

• Creative mindset capable of thinking outside the box

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

• High level of discretion and professionalism; trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Fluent in English and German

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM tools (Salesforce), and familiar with Al prompting
