Job Description – Windows System Administrator & MDM Administrator

Experience: 5–9 Years

Location: Chennai (majority of positions) and Coimbatore (few positions)

Work Model: Hybrid

Key Skills

  • Windows Administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
  • Microsoft Intune / Workspace ONE (UEM/MDM)
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
  • PowerShell scripting (VBS/CMD/Python knowledge is a plus)
  • Device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment, endpoint management
  • iOS, Android, macOS device management
  • Troubleshooting Windows, MDM, applications, and endpoint devices

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Windows desktop services and MDM platforms.
  • Deploy applications, configurations, and compliance policies.
  • Automate administrative tasks using scripting.
  • Troubleshoot OS, device enrollment, application deployment, and endpoint issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
  • Support corporate-owned and BYOD devices across multiple platforms.

  • Apple Business Manager (ABM) & Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
  • Okta, PKI, SCEP/PKCS, VPN/Wi-Fi profiles
  • Mobile Threat Defense (MTD)
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Citrix DaaS / VMware Horizon
  • Basic knowledge of SCCM, MDT, WDS, WSUS, SQL
