What you'll do:
- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and fitness for purpose.
- Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives to unlock value from data assets.
- Design, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and create insightful visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Deploy and monitor models in production, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Write, test, and document code to support analytics solutions and maintain data integrity.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data strategy, including data quality standards, governance, and scalable data ecosystems.
- Experience in exploratory data analysis and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
- Ability to assess, validate, and tune models using appropriate metrics and best practices.
- Skilled in identifying relevant data sources and performing initial data quality checks.
- Capability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
