Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications.
• Translate product and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Build reliable, maintainable, and high-performance software using modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-powered features and intelligent automation.
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and engineering decisions.
• Develop reusable components, services, APIs, and application capabilities as required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and other teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to testing, deployment, monitoring, and production-support activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering and operational processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to technical experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of development workflows, engineering practices, and product delivery processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned technical initiatives and drive them from design through successful delivery.
• Contribute to building technology solutions that can support diverse global users and business requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, product engineering, application development, or a related technology role.
• Strong hands-on software development experience with modern programming languages and engineering frameworks.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
• Experience working with modern cloud, AI, automation, or enterprise technology platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, coding standards, testing, version control, and deployment practices.
• Experience designing and developing reliable, maintainable, and production-grade applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience working in Agile or other collaborative product-development environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical deliverables, and operate effectively in a global engineering environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
