We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to help build and grow a fashion brand designed for Gen Z women, with a strong focus on individuality, self-expression, and contemporary culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Gen Z behaviour, fashion, social media trends, creators, and internet culture. You will play a hands-on role in building the brand's social presence, creating engaging short-form content, managing influencer collaborations, and developing an active online community.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
• Develop and execute a Gen Z-focused social media strategy and content calendar.
• Create and coordinate engaging Reels, Stories, posts, short-form videos, and other social content.
• Stay ahead of emerging Gen Z trends, memes, creators, music, fashion movements, and internet culture.
• Identify and build relationships with relevant fashion, lifestyle, and micro-influencers.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including creator identification, outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to develop authentic, on-brand content.
• Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI.
• Use performance insights to continuously optimise content and influencer campaigns.
• Work closely with founders and creative teams to develop compelling brand stories and campaigns.
• Build and nurture an engaged, active, and loyal online community.
• Identify new social platforms, content formats, and creator opportunities that can strengthen brand visibility.
• Support the development of a distinctive and culturally relevant fashion brand identity across social channels.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1-4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, fashion, social media behaviour, and consumer trends.
• Hands-on experience managing creators, influencers, influencer campaigns, or agencies.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, communication, and content ideation skills.
• Comfortable creating, editing, and coordinating short-form video content.
• Excellent understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Strong visual sense with a keen eye for fashion, aesthetics, branding, and trends.
• Good organisational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple creator collaborations and campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with an ability to understand social metrics and use insights to improve performance.
• Highly tuned into emerging creators, trends, memes, music, and internet culture.
• Ability to identify content that is authentic, relatable, culturally relevant, and shareable.
• Passion for fashion, social media, creator culture, and digital communities.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where experimentation and creativity are encouraged.
