What you’ll do
- Gouging of parts and removing burn-on, flash and runner system.
- Ensure gouging is done according to required standards.
- Report non-conforming items to Shift Leaders.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum of two years of welding experience in an engineering, manufacturing, mining or related environment.
- Knowledge and experience in welding ductile iron (SG) and High Chrome alloys (A05/A61).
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
