THE POSITION
The Equity Trading Co-op’s primary focus will be assistingthe Equity Trading Desk with the following responsibilities:
Ensuring all domestic transactions are fully confirmed and affirmed by brokers eachday.
Replying to trading-related inquiries and assistingwith the research and resolution of tradingdiscrepancies.
Relaying broker’s trading activity calls and notifications totraders.
Obtaining stock borrows from multiple securities lending desks for short-sellorders.
Oversight of client directed commission programs & broker networkmaintenance.
Producing and analyzing daily reports to help ensure best tradingpractices.
Perform daily and monthly Research Commissionreconciliation and analysistasks.
In addition, this individual would serve as an assistant to the Manager of Trade Coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
$19-$35 per hourThis range takes into accountthe wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
