Coordinate with Finance and Business Development or Client Solutions teams on project billing and receivables, ensuring timely documentation, invoicing inputs, and escalation of overdue dependencies.
Quality, safety, compliance, and handover
Establish and enforce standard project-management practices, site-management standards, quality benchmarks, safety requirements, and compliance controls across all projects.
Conduct periodic project health checks and site reviews to identify quality, safety, schedule, and commercial risks early and ensure closure through accountable action plans.
Ensure all project-related approvals, regulatory and local-authority compliance, statutory documentation, opening communications, and white papers are completed on time.

Own budget visibility and project cost governance, including value-engineering opportunities, cost approvals, change control, forecast accuracy, and commercial closure.
Drive performance improvement with vendors and consultants through structured reviews, quality feedback, recovery plans, and lessons learned.
People and capability leadership
Lead and mentor project managers and project teams across key regions; set clear expectations for planning discipline, reporting, site ownership, quality, and stakeholder management.
Build a high-accountability delivery culture through coaching, knowledge sharing, project retrospectives, and consistent use of approved project-management tools and checklists.
Contribute to scaling the D and B and Managed Office delivery model by improving processes, standards, vendor capability, and cross-functional ways of working.
