Job description

As a Platform Engineer, you'lljoin a collaborative and highly skilled team focused on building and supporting the shared platform services that enable engineering teams to deliver exceptional products. Whether you'reworking with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tooling or observability platforms, you'llplay a key role in improving developer productivity, platform resilienceand operational excellence.
What you'llbe doing
- Build, maintainand enhance platform services that support multiple engineering teams across the organisation.
- Develop and manage cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters and supporting ecosystem technologies.
- Create and optimise CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, automatedand reliable software delivery.
- Improve platform reliability through observability, monitoring, automated testingand disaster recovery practices.
- Support production systems, participatein incident response and contribute to continuous service improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architectsand stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions that meet business needs.
- Contribute to platform standards, documentationand engineering best practices to promote consistency and quality.
- Share knowledge, mentor colleaguesand help foster a culture of learning, collaborationand continuous improvement.
Who we are looking for

- Experience working with Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS, and Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD technologies, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCDand modern software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with observability, security and operational excellence, including monitoring, incident managementand platform reliability.
- Experience working in agile environments with a passion for automation, continuous learningand emerging technologies, including AI-powered engineering tools.
