Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of Global Trade solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in integrations, REST APIs, XML, SQL, Oracle Analytics, and Global Trade processes. The role involves working closely with business and technology teams to implement scalable Global Trade solutions and support clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions across design, build, testing, training, and deployment phases.
• Gather business requirements and prepare Business Blueprint and Functional Design Specification documents.
• Configure Oracle GTM solutions based on business and trade compliance requirements.
• Perform system configuration, functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Conduct end-user training and support users in adopting Global Trade solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements across people, processes, and technology.
• Collaborate with technical teams for the integration and deployment of Global Trade applications.
• Work on integrations using REST APIs and XML.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Work independently on the development and integration of Oracle Analytics reports.
• Support knowledge transfer activities to enable business and technical teams to manage the implemented solution.
• Participate in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-production support.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and explore the use of AI Agents and related technologies where applicable.

Requirements:

• Experience in REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of XML.
• Experience with SQL / Oracle SQL.
• Experience in system integration and application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge or experience in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Experience in Global Trade and Trade Compliance processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics / BI Publisher.
• Experience in Oracle GTM integrations and reporting.
• Understanding of AI Agents.
• Exposure to global trade processes such as trade compliance, customs, restricted party screening, FTA, and trade incentive programs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
