Gestor(a) de Desarrollo Integral
Sede: San Fernando, Ocotepeque
Requisitos
- Formación universitaria y/o técnica en Ciencias Sociales, Pedagogía, Agronomía o carreras afines.
Experiencia
- Mínimo dos años de experiencia en gestión y movilización de voluntariado comunitario.
- Mínimo un año de experiencia en desarrollo local, implementación de proyectos comunitarios y fortalecimiento del tejido social.
Habilidades
- Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y comunicación digital.
- Empoderamiento y fortalecimiento de grupos comunitarios.
- Licencia de conducir vigente y habilidad para manejar vehículo 4x4 y motocicleta.
- Inglés intermedio (deseable).
- Facilitación de metodologías participativas con niñez, adolescencia y juventud.
